Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. There are no chips or cracks in the wafer, however, there are a few small square die defects (3 to 5) which can be seen in the photos. One side is copper coated with a square grid pattern (microscopic solder balls) and one side is matte gunmetal grey (unpolished). Makes an excellent display/modern art decoration, educational study object, or a great gift for the engineer in your family! Cosmetic appearance may vary slightly from pictured unit(s).
