Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This filter unit is in Good Cosmetic Condition on the outside with scuffs and scratches from regular Industrial use. The pre-filter as well as the nooks and crannies of the inside show visible oil collecting on parts and pooling on the bottom of the enclosure. There is an intact (but oily) 3-1/2" prefilter installed in the cleaner as well as the frame of the fine filter, but the fine filter has disintegrated from either general use and/or from the oil that was entering the cleaner over time. We plugged in this unit and actuated the fan speed control to an on position and then we heard a loud buzzing sound and the motor did not spin or turn. For This Reason, we are selling this unit AS/IS and FOR PARTS. The MFG Tag is unreadable on this unit but we have a number of the same cleaners in our inventory in different conditions and were able to match the model number by comparison. Comes in non-original packaging.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.

If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
