Condition: Used. This machine is in fair cosmetic condition, with minor scuffs/scratches/residues and adhesive tape residues here and there. The back door latch does not hold securely so the back door opens easily. The control panel is missing some screws. The teflon anti-friction tape on wear surfaces is worn in some spots, and should be replaced. We are not sure what size of film this can use; it came to us fitted with 21.5cm width film. There are a few small holes in the sides with no apparent purpose. Note there is a holder for a UV sterilizing lamp, but no lamp is installed and we don't know if it is currently wired to power

Notes: This machine is in good working condition. We verified it will seal and fill pouches reliably after it's set up, as shown in the accompanying video. The touch screen is responsive to touch inputs. One of the o-rings to seal the fittings at the water hose inlet is torn and sprays a little water, which is why the floor is wet in our video (!) No other testing was done.

No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

30-Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
