Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This lot is in good cosmetic condition with only minor blemishes from prior use.  There are some very slight scuffs/scratches on the display that do not show up when using the instrument.  There are scuffs/scratches/minor residues elsewhere also.

Notes: This hipot tester is in good working condition.  We tested a known item, with a PASS result at 1.2kV and a (dramatic, arcs and sparx) FAIL at 3kV 5mA.  The display is bright and clear, and the controls respond to user inputs as expected.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
