This controller is in Fair cosmetic condition.  The label on the front is peeling, there are dings on the corners, a rack mounting tab is bent, and there are also various scuffs/scratches all over. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This unit is in at-least-partial working condition.  The display and all four status lights come on when power is turned on. The Offset adjustment changes the indication on the display anywhere from -13 to +13 depending on how far you turn the knob. The turns counting dials on both adjustments spin and do not count. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
