Condition: Used. This item comes in non-original packaging. It has scuffs, scratches, surface rust and a rusted hole from normal use. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes:
When power was applied, this item ran very smoothly. It was not tested with a belt. The other two pulleys not attached to the motor manually spun easily without problems. This sander does not come equipped with a belt or a non-slip band (as shown, separated). The pump Does Not Work, and will have to be replaced. There is also a rusted hole on one side of the tank where the water can escape. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to replace the pump and repair the hole. No further testing was performed.

Return Authorization

- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.

Shipping and Responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
- Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
