Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This system is in Fair cosmetic condition with only minor scuffs/scratches from prior use. The previous owner was going to have it in a robotic work cell, so there is no base or stand, and there were no buttons when we got it. The buttons included are for testing purposes only, providing basic functionality only. The emergency stop circuit has been bypassed for testing. The non-resettable cycle counter reads 961 cycles. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This unit was configured for use in a robot work cell, and we set it back to as close to standard as we could, removing custom bracketry and setting parts in their proper locations. The top and bottom temperature controllers were verified to work with the included heaters, but the middle temperature controller does not give heat to a known-good heater. When all three temperature controllers were set to temperatures matching their readings, the touchscreen controller gave an OUT OF TEMPERATURE warning, and would not operate the press. By pressing the bypass control on the air valve, we were able to get the head to raise and lower. We are not sure what may be wrong with this unit. We do not have passwords to get into the setup menus. No other testing was done.

Because this unit is only partially functional, we are selling it AS-IS. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
Unauthorized returns of “as-is” products will be made available for return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
