Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This system is in Fair cosmetic condition. There are lots of small scuffs/scratches/dings especially in the bigger cabinet that make it look a little rough from close up. Note that the air and mains power input connections may vary from those shown in photos. Cosmetic appearance may vary slightly from pictured unit(s).

Notes: This unit is in mostly-working condition. It gets cold and hot, but the temperature transitions are longer than specified by the manufacturer. Heating times are about the right duration at low temperature, but cooling times are slow, up to double the rated 20 seconds from +125 to -55 Also note: this unit overshot so far it set off the Overtemperature safety limit and the maximum temperature we were able to get was about 180 degrees. Stability at setpoint is not to specification, bouncing around + and - several degrees. This may be as simple to fix as re-tuning the PID values in the controller, but we are not sure. The refrigeration status light may not illuminate on the unit you receive but refrigeration still works. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.

If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
