We have for sale a Stainless Steel 3-Shelf Step Ladder Cart. The cart is in excellent condition and the wheels roll smoothly. The spring loaded step ladder holds the cart securely in place while a person is standing on the ladder then returns the ladder to the raised position once personnel exit the steps.
