Condition: For Parts or Not Working. These Lockout Deadbolts are in good cosmetic condition with minor scuffs and scratches but nothing significant. Comes in non-original packaging. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: We were able to confirm the functionality of one of the Single Lock Deadbolts because we had a matching 4A key. That key fits in the included 4A key slot in the double lock bolt, but as we are missing the 4C key we were unable to test that double key bolt. This 4A key does not fit in the single bolt 4A key slot deadbolt. Additionally, we have the 4B Key that fits the other double key bolt but as we are missing a 4C key we were unable to confirm its functions. In summary, we have two keys but only one of these bolts has the proper key to open and close. For these reasons, we are selling AS/IS. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Return Authorization

Exclusions and Limitations

- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.

Shipping and Responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
- Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
