Condition: Used. This oven is in good condition with some scuffs and scratches from normal use, but nothing too major or anything that would affect function. The oven interiors are reasonably clean.

Notes: This Sveba Dahlen deck oven is used and in good operating condition with the exception of the steam generator on deck 2. Deck 2 steam boiler needs 3 screw type heaters at $400ea, a water valve, a thermostat, an indicating light, and a steam nozzle. The old heaters have been removed and threads there are clean. Also the heater timers are on all the time with the exception of the ones controlling the lower heater in each deck.

We verified operation of the 9 heaters (top, bottom, door) and installed new timers for the lower heater in each deck. We replaced one thermostat in the upper steam generator. We replaced all the indicator lights with modern LED equivalents with the exception of the one in the middle deck steam generator. All ovens reached 600F and regulated there. Here is a bread oven ready to work, with steam except on deck 2, capable of 600F. Formerly a bagel oven for Dunkin' Donuts.

The thought was that replacing the timers for the lower heaters would allow heat to be turned down there preventing scorching.

Top and bottom heaters draw approx. 23A each; door heaters draw approx. 5A.

The power requirement is 3x NEMA 6-50 outlets plus 120V for the control of each deck.

Each deck accepts two baker's half sheets.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

30-Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
