Condition: Used. This unit is in Fair cosmetic condition. The parts that contact the mix are pretty clean, but there are probably residues hiding inside the covers. The outside has several heavy dents. The entire unit is covered in scuffs/scratches from prior use. A couple of the nuts/pins for the door/valve are missing, replaced with generic hardware. There are several holes on one side panel that look like they could be to secure the panel, but there are no nuts behind the holes to screw down the panel. The wheels on the cart do not turn well, and their brackets are rusty. One wheel is badly bent, and prevents the cart from rolling at all.

Notes: This unit is in Good working condition. It was removed from a closed restaurant, and we tested it by making a treat for our employees. The wheels on the cart do not roll at all well; it is basically a storage cart and not good for transportation.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

30-Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
