Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This scope is in fair cosmetic condition, with scuffs/scratches/stains from prior use all over. It looks "good, for a used item" to us. The Zoom encoder is broken off. If you never want to zoom, hate zoom, think zoom was the stupidest zoomer invention ever, this control panel was customized for you by the previous owner. The power input plug is hard to insert a power cord, because one of the lugs is melted at the tip.

Notes: This scope is in PARTIAL working condition. When switched on, nothing at all happens. We found the -12V output from the internal power supply is short to ground, and the internal power supply dead. When the big red and black outputs from the internal power supply were fed 12V DC from an external source, we were able to get it powered on and working apparently well. It passed power on self-test, on-demand self-test, and Signal Path Compensation. We were able to autoset one channel to 900MHz and all four channels on the same 500MHz signal with no difficulties, but the frequency measurement bounced very much (tens of MHz) at high frequency. At low frequency, it bounced only one least-significant digit when monitoring the built-in probe compensation signal. The display is bright and clear, and controls respond to user inputs. We couldn't reach far enough to turn the shaft of the knob that's missing, but it looks like an encoder should be in there anyway :(. The date is wrong, so probably a battery is dead inside somewhere. No other testing was done. This is being sold AS/IS.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
Unauthorized returns of “as-is” products will be made available for return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
