Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This analyzer is in fair cosmetic condition, with a few very small scratches on the display that don't show up in use (or in pictures), and a ding in the plastic near the display. There are also a few heavy white scuffs/scratches on the top.

Notes: This analyzer is in mostly-working condition as far as we can test, except for a dead CMOS battery. At first power-on, the computer gave a "CMOS checksum error - Defaults loaded, Press F1 to continue". This is not a problem after the first reset if you don't pull out the power cable. We don't have any input modules for complete testing. We found this analyzer boots and successfully loads the DSA8200 software without errors. The touchscreen and buttons responded to user inputs. We were able to start DiffChanAlign and DSA8200 software, but the 80SJNB Jitter, Noise, and BER analysis needs a module we don't have. We are not sure what the status is of any licensing of the software. No other testing was done.

30-Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
