Condition: Used. This item comes in non-original packaging. It has some light scuffs, scratches, and dings from normal use. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This item was not fully tested since we do not have the proper resources.

This chamber requires ground and neutral. We do not have a neutral in our warehouse, just a ground. So the issue mentioned below may be related to the neutral wiring but we are not sure.

When power was applied we turned on the power switch and one of the circulating fans, and both of the Watlow digital controllers (temp/humid) turned ON. The one fan that did not turn ON is bad and will need to be replaced. Each fan has its own speed controller which worked on the good fan. We could not test the humidity part of this unit since we did not have a water hook-up for it. We adjusted the temperature controller to various temperatures but the heater coils never got hot, though when we manually pushed in the contactor controlling the power to the heater coils they worked great, getting real hot with no problems. We noticed that a neutral wire is connected to one side of the contactor coil. Since we do not have a neutral and had it tied to the ground. We are not sure if this affects this issue. No further testing was performed.

30-Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
