Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This unit is in Fair cosmetic condition. The top controller part, containing the heater and pump, is not screwed down, and the wiring is loose. Also, the plastic top cover is loose; we are not sure why. All the side covers are missing. The control panel has what looks like gray spray paint overspray which was obscuring the display. This cleaned off partially with alcohol wipes. The wetted parts of this bath have pale-gree residues. The bottom has various-colored residues inside the base. The black plastic hose nipple on the rear is damaged. There are also other scuffs/scratches/stains and residues from prior use.

Please NOTE: There is a Certificate of Removal stating the refrigerant was removed from this unit in 2019. We have no way to verify this.

Notes: This unit is in PARTIAL working condition. When there was no water in the bath, it would give a low-level fault indication (normal). We manually raised the float switch and switched it on, and the compressor came on with normal noises. The controls responded to user inputs. We did not want to risk damage to the compressor by extended operation, so we shut it down after only a few seconds (enough to take a photograph). The display is bright and easy to read. The pump turned, but when turned by hand the shaft is extremely free as if the bearings are worn. No other testing was done.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.

If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
