Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This system is in Good cosmetic condition with just a few notable blemishes. Some of the control panel has been cleaned to the point that it has a different texture. The water level and control knob have lines scratched into the finish next to them. There is a faint green film around the full-water level in the reservoir, and very faint traces at the full mark on the level meter. The reservoir has some water spots inside. Otherwise, it looks pretty clean. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This chiller is in MOSTLY-working condition. Sometimes, for no reason we can discern, the refrigeration section won't turn on. Sometimes switching off and on again made it start, and sometimes the whole system would have to be off for a moment. But the refrigeration, when it runs, works well. The pump, controls, and temperature adjustment also work. We filled the reservoir with tap water about 14º, and set minimum temperature. The temperature fell to 3º in just 10 minutes, and we stopped testing to prevent freezing up the whole works with ice. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.

If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
