Dougdeals has three distinct return policies depending on product condition and handling requirements: Easy 30-Day Free Returns, a 30-Day Guarantee (where return shipping may apply), and Final Sale - No Returns. Easy 30-Day Free Returns
- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- DougDeals will cover return shipping costs and process a full refund, including original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
30-Day Guarantee
- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Responsibility for return shipping:
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity):
- DougDeals will cover return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price):
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and assumes responsibility for any loss or damage during return transit.
- DougDeals will process a complete refund, including original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
Final Sale – No Returns
- Products listed as "No Returns" are sold as-is, with no guarantee of functional status. These products may have additional defects not described.
- Items are only considered for return due to seller error (e.g., wrong product sent, inauthenticity) within 30 days of delivery.
- Responsibility for return shipping:

- DougDeals will cover return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.

- DougDeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
Exclusions, Limitations, and Miscellaneous (Applies to All Policies)
- To initiate a return, the buyer must notify DougDeals in writing within this period.
- Returns must be authorized by DougDeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by DougDeals within 21 days of authorization.
- Returns received after 21 days of authorization will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at DougDeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- There is no restocking fee, but DougDeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for international orders, shipments to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii, and orders sent via expedited or non-standard shipping methods.
- Calibration fees, testing fees, import fees (including customs duties and taxes), and costs for specialized packaging are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
- Any damage occurring during transit via services arranged by DougDeals must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
- DougDeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
- For 30-Day Guarantee:
- Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
- For Final Sale - No Returns
- Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
