Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This lot is in Fair cosmetic condition. There are scuffs/scratches and dings in the paint all over. Several cables have their conduits broken and pulled out of their strain reliefs. One connector (Seal Assembly) is broken (but still mates if you're careful). One connector (J1) is cut off. One fiber optic sensor is un-mounted. There are a few cover screws missing. The black plastic around the temperature controllers is coming apart. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: We are not able to fully test this unit. The heaters heat up and hold within a few degrees of set temperature. The fiber sensors give readings, we are not sure what they mean. The air pressure switches and gauges seem to work. The control panel responds to user inputs. The air mechanism inside has several audible leaks. The takeup motor turns at the speed set by its knob, and can be stopped with moderate hand pressure. Nothing happens when the foot pedal is pressed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Final Sale – No Returns

Products listed as "No Returns" are sold as-is, with no guarantee of functional status.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
Unauthorized returns of “as-is” products will be made available for return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
