Notes: We have not fully tested this item.  The top swiveling part swivels until you lock the adjustment. The N-S and E-W adjustments adjust with their knobs. The tripod mount can be locked in position. The view through the manual sighting aid is very dim. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
