Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging.  This tester is in fair cosmetic condition, with scuffs/scratches/residues from prior use.  The back/left/top corner is bent a little by the plastic foot.  The top label is torn.

Notes: This unit is NOT working properly!  The calibration lab says it gives an error on all tests, and will not complete a voltage test.  It powers on and responds to button presses.  The backlight and display both work.  We are not sure what may be wrong with this unit. This is being sold AS/IS.
