Condition: Used. This motor is in fair cosmetic condition, with lots of minor residues and blemishes from use and handling.  There are many spots where the blue paint is chipped off revealing red primer underneath.  There is a waxy residue on the shaft.  There is grease residue by the zerk fittings.  The connection box has a broken corner inside, so it only mounts with three bolts.  The cover on the connection box is from another motor, and the paint is faded.

Notes: This motor is in mostly-working condition.  This was one of many (we have several) replaced at a high-reliability facility as a routine maintenance.  We applied power at our shop and verified it runs, but there is some audible bearing noise.  The unit spins easily when you turn the shaft by hand, makes a quiet grumble at hand speeds.  At operating speed with no load, expect to a groan/whine and feel a vibration.  Decelerating to a stop, you will hear a small rattle noise.  No other testing was done.
