This Assembly is in good cosmetic condition with minor scuffs and scratches from regular commercial use and comes in non-original packaging.  We have four of these in our inventory and two of them have part of the warning label missing from the back of the sensor that reads, "Visible & Invisible Laser Radiation Avoid Exposure to Beam Class 3B laser Product".  The cable set may vary slightly from one unit to the other in our inventory.

Notes: We applied 24VDC power to the controller power input and observed the green power LED blink on and off.  No additional testing was performed.
