Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This system is in good cosmetic condition, with minor blemishes from prior use.  There are light residues in the expected places.  The larger bean hopper has a small crack near the top opening that doesn't show up well in photographs.  Note that the tool to open the bean hopper latch is missing, but an 8mm Allen key works well as a replacement.

Notes: This coffee machine is in good working condition.  It was set up to only give espresso, hot water and americano drinks, including decaf.  We verified operation of the grinders, hot water, cold box, and touch screen (by preparing a few drinks).  The machine has been out of service for several months, and will need to be set up with a fresh filter and given a thorough cleaning.  We checked the service log in the machine and it appears the normal servicing and cleaning, as well as a de-scaling procedure, are all due.  The cooler got cold enough to freeze water on the bottom of the chamber.  No other testing was done.
