Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This system is in good cosmetic condition, with minor blemishes from prior use. There are light residues in the expected places. The most notable blemish is the (replaceable) front cover on the grounds catching bin is broken. The bin is still easy to remove/reinstall. There are no keys included for the bean hoppers, but they are currently in the unlocked position.

Notes: This coffee machine is in good working condition. We verified operation of the grinders, hot water, milk chiller, and touch screen (by preparing a few drinks). The machine has been out of service for several months, and will need to be set up with a fresh filter and given a thorough cleaning. We checked the service log in the machine and it appears the normal servicing and cleaning, as well as a de-scaling procedure, are all due. The milk door rubs a little on the left side of the machine. No other testing was done.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Warranty Information

30 Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
