Condition: Used. This evaporator is in fair cosmetic condition with minor blemishes from prior use. There are scuffs/scratches here and there in the paint, and the joint between the bath and tower has some residue where we saw condensation during our testing. There is minor residue in the glass as well. You will need to supply minor hoses to complete this setup.
The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This evaporator is in mostly-working condition. The only issue we noted is that the "meas" rotation speed is always lower than the "set" speed. This means the effective range with an empty flask (in our testing) was from 1 to 123 RPM. The temperature control on the bath works, all the way up to boiling water. The electric lift raises and lowers the bath easily. When the timer ran out, it gave a loud audible alarm. The stand holds all the glassware securely. This is marked for use on 50Hz but it came from a place using 60Hz and worked on 60Hz for us during our testing also. No other testing was done.

30-Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
