Zeiss CMM 3D Air Bearings Coordinate Measuring Machine PARTS broken Incomplete

Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This CMM is in Fair cosmetic condition.  All of the granite parts look in good (flat/smooth) shape.  There is lots of dust, especially under the covers, and some minor rust here and there both on fasteners and on the metal frame.  The long axis mounted on the base has a BROKEN glass scale.  The belts inside feel old.  There is some amber-colored goo on the underside of the Z axis  "Something (we don't know what" is missing, between the bottom of the Z axis and the end of the coiled cable.  Several connectors, both for air and electricity, are broken in the big gray box on the bottom/right/rear corner.  There are black streaks from the Z axis motors running and leaving marks on the white post.  There is a motor completely broken in the electronics box too, probably for the lower axis drive.

Note: we have a few of these CMMs in stock currently, with bases for all of them.  The base for your unit will be in Fair cosmetic condition like the one shown, but the rusty spots will be in different locations.

Notes: We are NOT able to test this item.  We expect the air bearings will still be serviceable, which is the main part of this item.

No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
